Money-back guarantee
If we fail to deliver your report for any reason, we refund you 100% — at any time, no questions asked.
Failed checks
If a check cannot be completed, the credit is refunded automatically. You do not need to open a support ticket — the system detects the failure and returns your credit.
Unused credits
Within 7 days of purchase, unused credits are fully refundable. Contact support and we will process the refund through our payment provider.
Referral rewards after a refund
If a refunded purchase qualified another customer for a referral reward, that one promotional check is reversed. If it has already been used, a future referral reward offsets the reversal. Ordinary purchased credits are not made negative by this referral adjustment.
If we cannot deliver or discontinue the service
In addition to the money-back guarantee above, if we are unable to deliver your report, or if the service is discontinued for any reason, any unredeemed credits are refunded. This applies beyond the 7-day window — prepaid credits carry no fixed expiry at purchase, and we will not keep payment for checks we cannot complete.
No subscriptions
SubmitSense does not offer subscriptions. You buy a one-time check or a prepaid credit pack — there are no recurring charges to cancel.
